Restoration of a 1935 1 1/2 Ton
Chevrolet Army Issued CCC Truck!
This is a 1934/35 1 1/2 Ton Chevrolet Truck. It was one of 18,000
That was built Just for a CCC Contract. This Truck was Purchased by Poet's Seat Auto on the Spring of 08'. We Then Found out the History of this Truck and under some paint we found the CCC logo. The Style of this truck was of the Military Requirements. The US Army was Responsible to Supply the Trucks Needed by the CCC. We Have used our own funds as well as Donations to restore this original truck.
The Rear Body was long gone. So, with Pictures of Original trucks in the Vintage Photos. We will Build a New rear body from scratch. We have located original beds but, they tend to cost more to buy and Ship than it is to build it from scratch. We will update the Pictures as we complete this project.

Restoration Sponsored By:
Being that we located the dump truck. We have decided to transfer the motor and restored cab over to this chassis. This will allow us to finish this truck faster and get one on the road in the spring. This trucks chassis needs to much work.
We also, purchased another truck. It is a Panel truck. The body is mostly shot. But, the Running gear and Chassis is perfect! Some day we will make that another Truck.
